Three home break-ins were reported in one day in Oakville.

All three break-and-enters happened on Saturday, April 1 when the residents were not at home.

In the first instance, a break-in was reported at a home on Huntingdon Trail between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., Halton Regional Police told inhalton.com.

Police believe the suspect or suspects entered through an unlocked rear door.

It is unknown what was taken in this case and there are no suspect descriptions.

Next, after 4 p.m., a break-in was reported on Bridge Road. The culprit got into the home, likely by forcing a locked rear door open, sometime between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Electronics, clothing, cash and jewellery went missing.

There are also no suspect descriptions for this case.

Finally, police received a report of a third break-in that happened around 6:30 p.m. on Liverpool Street.

The suspect gained entry into the residence by breaking a basement window, located at the rear of the home, police said.

Electronics, clothing, and cash were reportedly taken.

The suspect was wearing dark clothing and a face mask, police said.

No arrests have been made in the three break-ins, and police haven’t said if they are connected.
