Accused in 2021 Hamilton murder arrested for violating bail conditions

A person charged in the fatal shooting of a man in Stoney Creek has been arrested for violating the conditions of her release.
Today (May 29), Yun (Lucy) Li was arrested for breaching a court order twice on May 22. She will be held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Li and Oliver Karafa were charged in connection with the February 2021 murder of Tyler Pratt and the attempted murder of a woman.
Li and Karafa were arrested in Hungary after a lengthy search and face first-degree murder and attempted murder charges.
Pratt, 39, and a woman were shot in the 2021 incident that happened on Arwin Ave. in Stoney Creek. Pratt died of his injuries but the 26-year-old female victim survived.
Li was granted bail in January 2022 on the original charges, while Karafa has remained in custody since his arrest, according to police.
