The incident occurred on Highway 401 eastbound on the Guelph Line.

All lanes are blocked on the highway going eastbound.

UPDATE:

The OPP has reopened some lanes. Both shoulders and the right lane are still blocked due to the collision.

According to the OPP, there is debris across the highway lanes. Multiple vehicles are also pulled over on the shoulders.
