Another proposed plan of subdivision up for discussion at Milton council meeting
A plan of subdivision that includes one industrial block, one stormwater management pond block, one natural heritage system channel block and one road widening block has been proposed in the Town of Milton.
The applicant, Orlando Corporation, has submitted an application seeking several amendments to accommodate the proposed development at 8802, 8820, 8830, 8872 and 8880 Boston Church Rd.
The subject lands are located on the southwest corner of Boston Church Rd. and No. 5 Side Rd. and are approximately 30.74 hectares in size.
An application has been submitted for a Draft Plan of Subdivision and a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the lands in order to permit site-specific employment and industrial uses and facilitate the development.
As a result, a virtual statutory public meeting has been scheduled by the Town of Milton’s Development Services Department.
The meeting is set to take place on Monday, June 20 at 7:00 p.m.
While members of the public are being invited to provide their input to the public meeting, a decision on this application will not be made by Milton Council that day.
