When it come to great pizza, every ingredient counts. Is the dough soft and crunchy in all the right places? Is the cheese savoury and melted to perfection? Are the toppings tasty and creative while refraining from being too overwhelming?
Both Mississauga and Burlington are known for their respective food scenes and both offer a ton of commendable pizza joints—but only one city can have the absolute best pizza place.

Mississauga
Pizza is popular amongst people of all walks of life and for good reason–it’s reliably delicious and almost impossible to make badly. If you’re in the mood for pizza in Mississauga, you can check out the unassuming but always satisfying JP’s Pizzeria, the chic–and always packed–Port Credit gem, Papa Giuseppe’s, the long-standing (it’s been around for over 40 years) and beloved Marconi Pizza, the elegant and date worthy Goodfellas in Streetsville and our number one pick, the eternally popular Mickey’s Pizza. Even though Mickey’s is our number one, Mississauga is a great place to be when you’re in the mood for pizza.
Burlington
Burlington is home to some truly tremendous pizza. Anyone in the mood for the world’s best savoury pie can check out the all-natural pizza joint (with the cute pepperoni) Artisan, the affordable and reliably delicious Napoli, the relatively new and very customer service-oriented Applestone Pizzeria, the casual and tasty Lugano 2 for 1 Pizza and our number one pick, the Pine St. gem Son of a Peach. But even though we have a special spot in our heart for Son of a Peach, we know Burlington has no shortage of perfect pizza joints.
