People can still buy PRESTO cards online at prestocard.ca with an issuing fee of $6. However, it will take up to five business days for delivery.
Oakville Transit monthly passes can also be loaded online at prestocard.ca, over the phone, at any Shoppers Drug Mart, Town Hall or Oakville Transit location. People cannot load their Oakville Transit monthly pass at a GO Transit station.
PRESTO is designed to allow people to move seamlessly across multiple transit systems such as Oakville Transit, Burlington Transit, GO Transit and MiWay. People can still add funds and/or a pass product from one or more transit systems at one of the locations mentioned above or online.
