Emergency crews are on scene in Burlington where a concrete truck rolled over along Hwy. 403.

Minor injuries are reported and there are no spills, said OPP Const. Lauren Ball.

The call came in at 8:16 a.m. for the rollover along the 403 between Hwy. 407 and Waterdown Rd.

All westbound lanes were iniitally blocked.

OPP remain on scene as of 10 a.m.

A heavy tow is coming to remove the concrete truck.
