A driver has been pronounced dead after a collision in Burlington.
Earlier this afternoon, Halton Police responded to a serious motor vehicle collision in Burlington.

Earlier this afternoon, Halton Police responded to a serious motor vehicle collision in Burlington.
According to police, the collision occurred in the area of Brant Street and Mount Forest Drive.

The Halton Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is at the scene and police are advising people to avoid the area.
Mount Forest Drive is still closed between Mountainside Drive and Brant Street.
Police say the road closure will be in effect for quite some time while officers continue their investigation.
