Emergency crews are on scene for a highway crash in Milton this afternoon.
At 2:12 p.m., OPP reported a collision on Highway 401 eastbound at Trafalgar.

Injuries have not been disclosed by police at this time.

All lanes are blocked. Drivers should take alternate routes.
UPDATE: According to OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt, an SUV lost control and was struck by an eastbound transport truck. Two occupants from the SUV have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The highway closure has been extended to Highway 401 eastbound at James Snow Parkway until further notice.
