Family concerned for well-being of missing Oakville woman

The family of a missing Oakville woman is concerned for her well-being.

The Halton Regional Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating Kira Hassan, 25, who was last seen in Oakville at around 9 a.m. on Monday (Oct. 9).

Hassan, pictured below, is described as a white female who is approximately five-foot-eight inches tall and 140 pounds with an athletic build. She has short wavy brown hair.

She was last seen carrying a white Aritzia bag, and a dark green moon shaped medium size purse.

Anyone with information on Hassan or her possible whereabouts are asked to call 911 or the HRPS non-emergency number at 905-825-4747, ext. 2210.
