First new development around Milton GO station open for business next month

One of the new developments planned for the area around the Milton GO Station is beginning sales next month.

Neatt Communities has announced a November launch of Stationside, a condominium project planned for the Main St. E. area with 7,000 units already in the development pipeline.

Stationside comprises two towers, 19-storey and a 23-storey, connected by a six-storey shared podium. The project will have 612 suites, ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedrooms with a den, offering living spaces between 447 and 900 sq.-ft.

Stationside’s location at the heart of Milton’s transit network ensures convenience for residents and heralds Milton’s rise as a hub of accessibility.

Situated at 135 Nipissing Rd. in Milton’s Metro Transit Station Area, Stationside will be one of the first condominium projects connected to the Milton GO station and Future Mobility Hub, reshaping the face of Milton’s downtown core.

“The upcoming expansion of the Milton GO Station is not only a game-changer for Milton but also solidifies the town’s status as a vital element in the GTA’s transportation network, propelling it as the GTA’s next major transit hub,” said a spokesperson for Neatt.

The Future Mobility Hub is set to bring in 25,000 new residents, generate 4,000 jobs, and connect developments, offices, restaurants, and transit.

Through a partnership with Metrolinx, the forthcoming Milton GO expansion will offer 15-minute rush hour train service from Milton to Union Station, increasing trips by 30 per cent and adding 3,000 new GO train seats for residents, along with 8,000 employment opportunities.

Other features of the new Stationside development include:
