Milton is deciding how local transportation will grow into the more rural areas of the Town in the future and is looking for input from those who are most likely to be impacted.

A public meeting is being held that welcomes residents from rural communities, where they’ll learn about the Transportation Master Plan (TMP) update that will shape how people and goods move for years to come.

At this meeting, Town officials will:

  • Consider past recommendations and if they still meet rural community needs
  • Solicit ideas on how to improve travel in rural communities
  • Explain next steps about the TMP’s review and future engagement

The meeting is being held Thursday, April 4, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Nassagaweya Tennis Club, 9267 Guelph Line.
