G2 driver caught going 74 km/h over the speed limit in Oakville

Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS), Oakville District caught a female G2 driver going 74 km/h over the posted speed limit.

The driver was travelling southbound on Neyagawa Boulevard in a red Ford Mustang when she was clocked at a speed of 134 km/h in the posted 60 km/h zone.

“I wanted to see my boyfriend,” she said.

Police say the driver was “charged accordingly” with stunt driving.
