Halton Police have arrested and charged a 32-year-old man from Georgetown with two counts of an indecent act.

In August and October of 2018, there were two alleged incidents of an indecent act in different parks and walking trails in Oakville. In both incidents, a man allegedly approached an adult woman walking their dog and initiated a conversation. In one of those incidents, the man’s penis was allegedly exposed. In the second occurrence, the man allegedly made a sexual advance and appeared to be masturbating underneath his clothing.

On May 30, 2019, a resident contacted the police in regards to a man at Kingsford Park in Oakville. The man was behaving strangely and attempting to talk to women who were walking their dogs.

According to the Halton Police, investigators were able to positively link the man to the previous occurrences from 2018.

Pravin Anthony was arrested and charged with two counts of an indecent act. He has been released on a promise to appear and undertaking.
