Halton police charge man following string of home invasion robberies in Milton

A man wanted in connection with a string of robberies in Milton has been arrested.

Beginning April 25, there were six reported break and enters to Milton residences in which the suspect gained entry via unlocked doors or windows.

Once inside, the suspect went from room to room, stealing various items. Several of the entries occurred while occupants of the homes were asleep.

Halton police made an arrest in the case on June 9 in Toronto.

Keegan Banfo, 33, of Milton is charged with six counts of break, enter and commit, four counts of unauthorized use of credit card data, four counts of possession of property obtained by crime, and six counts of fail to comply with release order.

Banfo was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
