Halton Police launch search for missing Oakville man

Andre Hamel has been located and his safety ensured.
Halton Regional Police are asking for help in locating a missing 24-year-old man from Oakville.
According to police, Andre Hamel was last seen at 2:30 a.m. Monday morning (Nov. 29) in the area of Dorval Drive and Upper Middle Road in Oakville.
Hamel is believed to be operating his Black 2004 Subaru Impreza with Ontario Plate CHYH519.
Police said they are concerned for Hamel’s well-being and safety and are urging members of the public to call 9-11 if he’s seen.
Hamel is described as standing 5’9” tall, with light brown hair and a slim build. When he was last seen he was wearing a ¾ black jacket, grey sweater, blue jeans and brown construction boots.
