Halton police nab pair of speeders doing more than 40 km/h over limit in Milton

Halton police nabbed a pair of speeders in Milton this morning, both doing more than 40 km/h over the posted speed limit.
According to the Milton/Halton Hills twitter account, a driver was stopped after being caught on radar driving 112 km/h, passing a transport truck in a 60 km/h zone.
The second, captured a few hours later, was clocked doing 101 km/h in a 60-zone.
Police remind drivers that, no matter how clear the roads are and how much of a rush you are to get to or from work, speed limits are there for the safety of you and others and will be enforced.
