Halton Police Searching for Two Suspects Following Pick Pocket Incident in Burlington With Elderly Victim

Halton Police are searching for two suspects who allegedly pick pocketed an elderly victim’s financial cards in Burlington.

According to police, on Nov. 14, in the late afternoon, two older males were shoulder surfed at a cashier line in Freshco and Fortino’s in the City of Burlington.

Later, police say, the same males created a distraction by pretending to find dropped cash and returning it to the elderly victim.

Police say the second male “bumped” into the elderly victim and pick pocketed their financial cards.
