Hamilton Police investigate ‘indecent act’ in West End

Hamilton Police are investigating an indecent act in the lower west area of Hamilton.

Police encourage anyone with information regarding this incident to call the police.

On January 23, 2020, shortly after 9 p.m. a person was walking down Lower Horning Drive and noticed a car parked on the side of the street.

The victim walked past the car not thinking anything of it.

The same vehicle was witnessed again in the area of Purvis Drive and attempted to initiate a conversation through an open driver’s side window with the same person. It was at this time the male participated in an indecent act.

The victim left without further incident.

The suspect is described as:

  • Male, white, 20-35yrs
  • Average athletic build, messy light brown to dirty blond hair
  • Distinctive bigger nose

The suspect was driving::

  • Saturn SUV, grey or beige
  • Partial Ontario Plate BXNS
