Industrial building containing office component proposed in Milton
A one-storey industrial building containing an office component has been proposed in Milton and the application will be up for discussion at an upcoming council meeting.
A virtual statutory public meeting has been scheduled by the Town of Milton’s Development Services Department for a zoning by-law amendment for lands located at 7450 No. 5 Side Rd.
The property is located on the south side of No. 5 Side Rd. and is approximately 1.24 hectares in size.
The proposed one-storey industrial building would have a total area of 1,184 square metres. Additionally, a portion of the front of the building would contain an office component.
As a result, the applicant is proposing to amend the existing Business Park Zone for a courier facility to be added to the uses permitted in the zone.
The meeting is set to take place on Monday, Jan. 17 at 7:00 p.m.
While members of the public are being invited to provide their input to the public meeting, a decision on this application will not be made by Milton Council that day.
