The Burlington Lions Farmers Market is back open for its 64th year.

The annual market brings together vendors with a wide variety of productions, including locally-grown fresh produce, baked goods, meat, cheese, eggs and others.

Proceeds from the market, which is run by Burlington Lions Club, are donated to local projects and helping those in need.

The market is located in the south parking lot of Burlington Centre, abutting Prospect St., east of Guelph Line.

It runs Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
