One lucky Oakville resident is celebrating a pretty substantial lottery win.

One lucky Oakville resident is celebrating a pretty substantial lottery win.

OLG recently congratulated Cynthia Sloan after winning the Guaranteed $1 Million Prize in the Dec. 5, 2018, Lotto 6/49 draw. 

The winning ticket was purchased at Rabba on Marlborough Court in Oakville.
