Drivers on the road this afternoon should be aware of a closure in Milton.

Halton Police confirmed that hydro wires are down on Sixth Line south of Derry Road. The roadway is currently closed.
Milton Hydro is on scene attempting to resolve the issue. There is currently no estimated time of repair.
Drivers should avoid the area.
