Major Road Closures in Oakville on Saturday

A fun festival is taking place in Oakville on Saturday, meaning road closures will be in effect.
A fun festival is taking place in Oakville on Saturday, meaning road closures will be in effect.
Kerr Fest is being hosted by the Kerr Village BIA on Sept. 9 and the following roads will be closed temporarily:
- Kerr. St. from Stewart St. to Dooley Dr. between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- Kerr St. from Rebecca St. to Lakeshore Rd. W. between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Drivers will have access to Florence Dr. and Normany Place via Maurice Dr. and Deane Ave.
The detour route through the area is via Stewart St. using Maurice Dr. and Queen Mary Dr.

- John St. from Brant St. to Wilson St.
- Kerr St. from Stewart St. to Lakeshore Rd. W.
- Florence Dr. from Kerr St. to municipal parking lot
For those who ride the bus, Route 17 will be on detour from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
