If you’re rounding up the kids and piling into the SUV for a day of fun in the sun in Burlington, you’ll want to take note of this temporary closure on Monday.

If you’re rounding up the kids and piling into the SUV for a day of fun in the sun in Burlington, you’ll want to take note of this temporary closure on Monday.

The splash pad at Nelson Pool is out of service from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. for maintenance on July 24.  

Keep in mind, the pool will remain open for all scheduled swims.

Service to the splash pad resumes at 2 p.m.

Nelson Park reopened on July 8 following a $5 million upgrade over two years.

Facilities are open from 10:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. seven days a week.

The New St. park’s grand reopening is on Aug. 1.
