Major Street Closure Announced For Burlington Road Hockey Tournament

One of the major streets in Burlington will be closed next week to host a special road hockey tournament.

One of the major streets in Burlington will be closed next week to host a special road hockey tournament.

Elgin Street between Brant Street and Locust Street will be closed from 9:30 am to 2 pm for a United Way road hockey tournament on Thursday, September 12.

If you’re worried about parking during that time, Queen’s Head and parking lots at SIMS Square and City Hall will remain open.

United Way in the Halton Region raises money for many issues including poverty, homelessness and mental illnesses.
