Milton man facing charges after alleged stabbing outside Ivy Arms Pub

A Milton man is facing several charges after an alleged stabbing that took place in town recently.

In the early morning hours of July 2, Halton police officers were called to the Ivy Arms on Main St. for reports of a stabbing outside of the restaurant.

A victim was stabbed by an unknown suspect during an altercation and received non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival.

Through investigation police were able to identify the suspect and on July 10,

Joshua Hudson, 26, of Milton was arrested on July 10 and has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon, and two counts of breach of recognizance.
