Milton councillor Adil Khalqi joins Halton police officers stocking up for Saturday's Miracle on Main event.

Downtown Milton will come alive Saturday as the 15th annual Miracle on Main Street returns for another year.

The family event is free with the donation of a new, unwrapped toy. There will be free amusement rides, a vendor holiday market, live music, food trucks, a petting zoo, pony rides, visits with Santa and much more.

In attendance will be wrestling’s living legend Tiger Jeet Singh, former WWE Superstar Tiger Ali Singh, members Halton Police, Milton Fire, Halton EMS, Dignitaries and Celebrities.

The event is run by the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation, in partnership with Halton police and The Downtown Milton BIA.

“We are thrilled to extend an invitation to everyone to join us in creating a transformative impact on the lives of families through Miracle on Main Street,” said a spokesperson.

“Together we can spread joy, create lasting memories, and inspire many to embrace the spirit of giving. Let’s join hands to make a real difference and foster a sense of community that extends beyond the event itself.”

The toy drive is in support of underprivileged children and families living throughout Halton and runs Saturday, Dec. 9, from 2 to 8 p.m. on a closed off section of Main Street.

Setup and cleanup for the even extends for several hours on either side of the event itself, so it’s recommended drivers find another route around the downtown core.
