UPDATE: Missing 15-year-old girl Jada Balgobin has been safely located.
“The Halton Regional Police Service would like to thank the media and the community for their assistance in this investigation,” said the police in an update.

A teenage girl missing in Oakville is “vulnerable,” and has those searching for her concerned.

Halton Regional Police is asking for the public’s assistance in helping to find 15-year-old Jada Balgobin.

The teenager (pictured below) was last seen on foot at approximately 10 p.m. on Tuesday night (Sept. 26) around Winston Park Drive and Bristol Circle in Oakville.

“Jada is vulnerable, and police are concerned for her well-being,” said Halton police in a media release.

Balgobin is described as five-foot-two and 100-pound female with a small build. She has brown eyes and straight short red/burgundy hair.

She was sporting a bright red long hair wig and was wearing a black mesh shirt with a red bra underneath and a black mini skirt with black knee-high boots.

Anyone with information about Balgobin or her possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.
