Mississauga OPP respond to person pointing gun on Highway 401, charges laid

Charges have been laid after Mississauga OPP responded to a weapons-related incident today.
Police responded to a call of someone pointing a gun on the highway, and later located the suspect vehicle on Highway 401 at Trafalgar Rd in the Milton/Halton Hills area.
Officers located and seized a replica AR-15 air-soft rifle, revolver-style pellet gun, brass knuckles, a buck knife, and a quantity of fentanyl.
Two men are facing charges, police say.
The suspects’ identities and charges laid have not been disclosed by OPP at this time.
