Seferian Design Group, A local architectural design firm and the firm handling the fourth phase of the Elgin Promenade re-design, has released several design concepts.
The Elgin Promenade functions as a pedestrian and cycling passageway that extends from Brant Street to Martha Street, and connects the downtown core to the Centennial Multi-Use Pathway.
The new design is intended to increase social interaction, while also increasing walkability and mobility in the heart of downtown Burlington.
Phase 4 will focus on the area between Pearl Street and Martha Street and is scheduled to begin during the spring of 2021.
