New Health Store Announces Grand Opening in Milton
It's not uncommon for people to want to get a little bit healthier once the warmer weather arrives. And some Halton residents may be happy to hear that a new health store that opened in Milton towards the end of last year recently announced their official grand opening weekend - just in time for summer.
Healthy Planet officially opened in Milton on Dec. 24, 2018, however, the store's official grand opening has been scheduled for this upcoming weekend (starting May 31 until June 2, 2019).
The grand opening weekend will consist of a ribbon cutting ceremony, sales of up to 70 per cent off everything in-store, swag bags for the first 100 people in attendance, prizes, giveaways, and more.
More specifically, the ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on June 1 at 10 a.m. where swag bags for the first 100 people in attendance will be given out.
Councillor John Challinor II along with lifestyle Influencers Ayla Krasa and Veronique Lada will be in attendance.
However, that's not all.
In order to celebrate the Milton grand opening, attendees can join the fun in-store and post on social media for chances to win $25 Healthy Planet gift cards, bicycles, Vitamixes, and Fitbits.
You must be in attendance at the grand opening to win the prizes.
The store is open seven days a week Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 9 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Healthy Planet recently opened four stores in Ontario (Ancaster, Cambridge, Milton, and Ajax), all of which will be hosting grand opening celebrations this upcoming weekend.
Healthy Planet was first established in 1995 in Toronto, however, now there are several locations throughout the country including the newly opened location in Milton (1250 Steeles Ave. E., Unit E3).
The store is a one-stop-shop where customers can buy supplements, vitamins, as well as health foods and eco-friendly products.
