A new luxury townhome development is taking shape in Oakville’s waterfront neighbourhood of Bronte, although prices for the units will likely be out of range for most locals.

Shore Club is currently in the pre-construction phase at 124 East Street and is expected to complete development by fall of 2024.

A total of 19 townhomes are being planned, with each home boasting 3-4 bedrooms and ranging in size from 2,927 to 3,019 square feet of living space.

But the new units won’t do much to assuage affordable housing concerns, with prices ranging from $2,125,000 to $2,250,000.

The community is being developed by Sunfield Homes, which aims to provide “luxury lakeside living.”

“Shore Club will offer an exquisite collection of luxury townhomes designed and detailed with top-of-the-line finishes for the ultimate, sophisticated living,” says the developer. “Every home comes with a large front yard, a double garage in the back, and a spectacular private terrace with breathtaking views.”

Interior features include a gourmet kitchen, designer cabinetry, spa-inspired bathrooms, and wine cellars.

Sunfield Homes has been developing real estate for over 40 years and is also involved in new communities being built in Brampton, Woodbridge, and other parts of the GTA.

More info and registration is available at the Shore Club’s website.
