Oakville Road Closure to Take Note of

There is an Oakville road closure currently in effect that residents of the town, and visitors, should be aware of.
There is an Oakville road closure currently in effect that residents of the town, and visitors, should be aware of.
Starting today (March 12) Lakeshore Road East will be closed to vehicle traffic from Navy Street to Thomas Street.
This road closure is in effect due to some Union Gas work that is taking place – Union Gas is installing a new gas line on each side of the road.
This work, which is anticipated to be completed by the end of April, will start at Navy Street and end at Dunn Street.
According to the Town of Oakville website, work will be undertaken one block at a time.
