One Injured in Milton Convenience Store Robbery

A convenience store clerk is recovering from injuries following an armed robbery at a Milton convenience store.

The incident took place on Aug. 29 around 11 p.m.

Three males dressed in black, with black hats and black masks entered the Big Bear Convenience store at Thompson Rd. and Main St.

A handgun was produced and the lone clerk was robbed of cash, say Halton police. 

The clerk was pushed into a glass shelf that shattered, resulting in a laceration to his leg. 

His injury isn’t believed to be serious, say police.

The suspects are on the run.

Male, black pants, black shoes, black hooded jacket, white bandana covering face, grey back pack.

Male, black pants, grey hooded jacket, black gloves, wearing a Hallowe’en mask with bushy white moustache and eyebrows.

Male, black sweater, white Hallowe’en mask with black eyes and black mouth (similar to “Nightmare Before Christmas” character).
