Ontario reporting 1,074 new cases of COVID-19, 30 in Halton

Ontario is reporting 1,074 cases new cases of COVID-19 today (Mar. 16), 30 of which have been reported in Halton.

Today (Mar. 16), Burlington has recorded 10 new cases while Oakville has 11.

Milton has recorded 7 new cases while Halton Hills has 2.

A total of 9,642 cases have been resolved in the Halton Region and 199 people have passed away.

There are currently 272 active cases in the region and 21 confirmed variant cases of concern.

A total of 28,526 tests have been completed in the last 24 hours.
