Police concerned for safety of woman last seen in Burlington

Police are appealing to the public for help in locating a missing woman who was last seen in Burlington.

Halton police say officers are searching for 69-year-old Claudette Petschar.

Police are appealing to the public for help in locating a missing woman who was last seen in Burlington.

Halton police say officers are searching for 69-year-old Claudette Petschar.

Police say Petschar is a brown-skinned woman who is 5’3” tall with a thin build. She was last seen wearing jeans with a red or green fleece jacket.

She was last seen on May 4 at 12:45 pm in the Cavendish Dr. area.

Police say she is believed to be travelling on foot and is unfamiliar with the area.

Police say they have reason to be concerned for her safety.

Anyone who sees her is asked to call 911.
