Police Continue Investigation into Bank Robbery in Milton

Halton Regional Police have advised they are investigating a bank robbery that occurred in Milton.

Halton Regional Police have advised they are investigating a bank robbery that occurred in Milton.

According to police, on December 12 at approximately 11:40 am, police responded to the TD Bank branch at 6501 Derry Road.

Two suspects had entered the bank and made a demand for money. No weapons were seen and no one was injured during the robbery. An undisclosed sum of money was taken.

Both suspects fled on foot west through the plaza.


The police have provided a description of both suspects.

Suspect #1 is described as male, black, clean shaven with a medium complexion, approximately 6’3″ tall with a thin build, approximately 30 years old. He was wearing a dark fur trapper hat with earflaps down, a black hoodie jacket with dark puffy vest over top, and dark coloured construction type pants with dark footwear.

Suspect #2 is described as male, black, with a darker complexion and sporting a moustache, approximately 6’3″ with a thin build, approximately 30 years old. He was wearing a black jacket with a dark coloured hoodie underneath, dark pants and dark footwear.


Both suspects remain outstanding at this time.
