PHOTOS: Police Hunt Trio in Burlington Bank Robbery


Three male suspects are being sought by Halton police following an armed robbery at a Burlington bank.

The incident took place on Feb. 1 at 7:50 p.m.

The trio entered the Scotiabank at 4519 Dundas St., near Appleby Line, and approached the tellers.

One of the suspects brandished a handgun, while the other two assaulted the tellers and demanded money, police say.

Bank employees complied and the suspects made off with cash.

The suspects fled on foot and were last seen running southbound toward Dundas St.

Two bank employees suffered minor injuries.
