It’s for a road closure.

James Snow Pkwy east of 25 is currently closed due to a tractor trailer that lost its load.

“Another vehicle thought it was appropriate to bypass our cruisers by driving the wrong way into oncoming traffic,” police tweeted around 1:45 p.m.

The motorist was charged with careless driving.
