Police Seek Suspected Shoe, Car Thief in Halton

Halton police are looking for a suspected shoe -and car- thief in Oakville who digs Nike.

Halton police are looking for a suspected shoe -and car- thief in Oakville who digs Nike.

The alleged theft took place on Jan. 4, 2018, at 10:44 a.m. at the Nike Factory Store at 3509 Wyecroft Rd.

The suspect selected two boxes of shoes, placed them inside a shopping bag and left the store without making any attempt to pay for the items, investigators allege.

The total value of stolen property is pegged at $199.98.

The man is white, in his mid-30s, standing six feet with a slim build.

He had dirty blonde hair and was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and Black Nike Air Max 2016’s.

This male is also a suspect in a theft of vehicle from the parking lot of the Best Western Hotel at 2404 Queensway Dr. in  Burlington on Jan. 10, 2018.
