Ontario Provincial Police have issued a traffic advisory this afternoon.

At 1:42 p.m., police reported strong winds affecting the Burlington Skyway, as well as the Garden City Skyway in St. Catharines.

To increase safety for drivers, officers are on scene actively slowing traffic on the affected roadways.

Residents are reminded to drive with caution during the windstorm.
