A housing development in A Burlington industrial area will see three buildings on the site if it receives approval.
The concept calls for three residential buildings with heights ranging from nine to 20 storeys.
The location is 1393 Grahams Line near Fair St. and Brant St.
Currently, a large storage warehouse is situated on the site.
The plan calls for 628 residential households varying in size from studio to three-bedroom units. There will be parking spaces for 597 vehicles including those for visitors.
Access to the buildings will be through existing driveways on Grahams Line.
A building application has yet to be submitted to the City of Burlington, but a pre-application public meeting to present the project is scheduled for Sept. 25 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom.
At the meeting, Burlington City staff will provide an overview of the development application review process and explain how the public may
participate as the development process advances. The consulting team for the project will provide an overview of the proposal and there will be an opportunity for questions and input of comments.
