Public’s help needed in locating missing Oakville man

Halton Regional Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating an Oakville man who went missing on Sunday morning (March 26).

Mohammad Jama, 25, of Oakville was last seen at approximately 11 a.m. yesterday in the area of Mary St. and Margaret Dr. Police believe he was travelling on foot to an unknown destination.

Jama is described as being six-foot-tall with a slim build, black hair, brown eyes and a trimmed beard. He was wearing a navy hoodie (Toronto University logo) with grey and brown pants.

Police are concerned for his well-being and are asking residents in the area to pay special and contact police if they see anyone matching his description.

Anyone with information about Mohammad or his possible whereabouts is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.
