Residents Can Watch Movies Under the Stars in Oakville Soon

If you’ve always wanted to watch movies under the stars in Oakville, then we have some good news – your chance has come!

In the lead up to the Willson Oakville Film Festival, which will run from June 20 to June 23 this year, the Oakville Festivals of Film & Art will be hosting two free outdoor movie screenings in Oakville.

On Thursday, June 6, 2019, at 8:45 p.m., How to Train Your Dragon 3 will be screened at the Oakville Museum at the Erchless Estates.

And on Thursday, June 13, 2019, at 9 p.m., Hunt for the Wilderpeople will be screened downtown Oakville at Towne Square.

According to the Oakville Festivals of Film & Art website, both movies are suitable for families.

Blankets and lawn chairs are recommended, and popcorn and water will be provided.
