Residents Told to Stay Inside Due to Gas Leak in Halton Hills

A road closure is in effect following a gas leak in Halton Hills, police say.

A road closure is in effect following a gas leak in Halton Hills, police say.
Halton police say that Georgetown residents should note that
 Argyll Rd. is closed in both directions between the two ends of Gooderham Dr. due to the gas leak. 

Police say residents in their homes in the immediate area should remain inside unless otherwise instructed by police and/or fire.

Argyll Rd. residents who are not currently at home should stay clear until the gas leak is stemmed.

Police say the road closure on Argyll Rd. in Georgetown has been lifted, and the gas leak has been stemmed.
