Halton Police have closed a major road in Milton due to a stuck vehicle.

Appleby Lane between Derry and 14 Side Road is blocked off.

According to police, a commercial vehicle has wedged itself on a hairpin curve between a rockface and a hydro pole.

Emergency services, hydro and heavy tow trying is on scene trying to free it.

There have been no injuries.
