Police have closed off Maple Grove Drive at Lakeshore Road for an investigation.

Upon arrival at the scene, they discovered that a vehicle had crashed through the barriers at the dead end of Maple Grove Drive and entered into Lake Ontario
One person has been taken into custody for impaired driving after a vehicle crashed into Lake Ontario in Oakville overnight Monday.
Police are searching the area for any other possible occupants.
