Section of Highway 403 in Oakville closed tonight due to construction

Drivers planning to use Highway 403 in Oakville overnight Friday will want to consider using another route.

All lanes on eastbound Highway 403 between the QEW and  Ford Drive/Royal Windsor Drive will be closed tonight as a result of an ongoing construction project.

The road closure will begin at 10 p.m. tonight (Oct. 22) and will remain until 8 a.m. on Saturday (Oct. 23).

Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation is hoping to reduce the impact by warning drivers about the closure.
