Seven Oakville companies make list of best places to work in Canada

When it comes to the best places to punch the old work clock, Oakville is home to several companies who rank among the top in Canada.

Seven local companies, in different categories were recognized as one of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ for 2023 by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

To make the list of companies who offer employees an outstanding work experience, the Institute gathers thorough feedback on an organization’s working environment and leadership from employees and assesses the quality, quantity and effectiveness of an organization’s programs and initiatives that support its employee’s well-being and drive its culture.

A top 50 list is generated from the culture audit questionnaire in four different size categories, including organizations with 1000 or more employees, with 100 to 999 employees 50 to 99 employees and under 50 employees.

Organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year to be eligible.
